Spring Forward

  • 30ml vodka
  • 20ml fennel syrup*
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • splash of absinthe
  • 1 egg white
  • sprig of fennel

First dry shake the egg white on its own in the shaker to make is froth. Then combine all ingredients into the shaker. Add ice, and shake vigorously to chill all ingredients and emulsify egg white and create a foam. Strain into specialty coupe glass or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of fennel.

*To make the fennel syrup see ‘How to make your own sugar syrup‘ article and infuse with one bulb of fennel.

Blood Orange Negroniblood orange negroni

I love Negronis and when I saw this I got so excited and just had to try it. It’s essentially a variation on the Americano.

  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml gin
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • blood orange soda
  • Think slice of orange to garnish

Pour the Campari, gin and vermouth into a glass filled with ice and stir. Then top up with the blood orange soda and stir again, then garnish.

Mimosa – Bucks Fizzbucks fizz

A classic celebratory drink that is acceptable at all times of the day and night…

You just can’t go wrong when you mix Champagne and orange juice. Mimosas are timeless and undeniably delicious.

Simply mix orange juice with champagne to your required strength, we recommend 30ml orange juice topped up with champagne in a champagne flute.
