Payments & Delivery
Payment
We accept payment by major credit cards supported by PayPal. Payment is taken before the goods are shipped.
We take security seriously and so all payments and personal details are always sent in an encrypted format. Additionally we do not handle or store your credit/debit card information ourselves. This is held securely by PayPal under full PCI compliance.
All payments are in £GBP and include VAT at the current rate.
Delivery
We offer delivery to anywhere in the UK and aim to deliver in 7-10 days, although usually much quicker.
Every care is taken to ensure the products arrive safely however we cannot take responsibility for any injury or harm caused by, but not limited to, broken glass. If your delivery is received damaged please see our refund policy below for broken items.
Sales & Refunds

If we find we have run out or any parts of any product we sell and are unable to provide you with the items you have selected we will contact you and offer you the option of a full refund or selection of another item of equal value.
The price of the goods will be shown on the checkout page including the appropriate shipping rate. We take care to ensure that the description and pricing is accurate at the time you place an order. However, in the unlikely event that an error occurred and we discover this before we ship the order to you we are not bound to sell you the goods at the price shown. If such an error occurs we will contact you let you know as soon as possible giving you the opportunity to cancel or reconfirm the order at the correct price.
Alcohol is a restricted product and as such we will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and not buying for someone under 18.

Refunds
Unwanted goods that have been correctly supplied will only be accepted for return at our discretion. You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items. It will be your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We regret we are unable to refund any carriage costs.
If you want to return any of the products you must notify us with 5 days of receipt of the delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped we will process the cancellation and reimburse the price of the products within 30 days of your notification to cancel. Once the order has shipped, we reserve the right not to offer a refund unless your goods arrive damaged as described above.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected by anything in these Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that our entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s).
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of our products or services or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services.
We cannot take responsibility for orders placed using your personal details without your knowledge. If you believe an order has been placed in error please see above for our order cancellation process.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time.
Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
- Alcohol should be consumed in moderation, and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery.
- Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
- Alcohol consumption may cause health problems. See Drink Aware for more details.
Some products may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken unpackaging our products.
All products we sell including liquid ingredients are sold in bottles than have been sterilised and prepared in a food safe, clean environment in accordance to guidance given us by Trading Standards and Environmental Health departments of the local council in which we operate. Once you have accepted the delivery we can’t accept any liability for any use of our products including but not limited to mixing with other ingredients, or personal consumption.
Copyright & Trademarks
All images, photographs or written material used on this website may not be reproduced, copied, stored or used in any way whatsoever without our prior written agreement and permission. You may download and temporarily store pages in order to view them, for your own personal non commercial use.
We respect other people’s copyright and intellectual property rights (IP). Although we sometimes refer to them on the website and on the labels of products we make and distribute, we don’t claim copyright or any IP or assert any rights of ownership or any other intellectual property rights over any brands or trademarks owned by others.
In order to provide a truthful description of the products we sell, we do include names of the type of spirit or ingredient (Whisky, Rum etc.) as well as a geographical descriptor of its source, which may be similar to a brand name or trademark, but not in an attempt to reference the brand name or trademark which we do not own.
If you own the copyright or trademark for any product sold or advertised on our site and wish for us to change or remove reference to it, please contact [email protected].
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
Modification of this agreement
We reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement and modify it at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon publishing the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement.
